Secure Group releases a new version of the Billing/Administration panel, also known as License Administration System (LAS).
The new features provide improvements to the processes of end user enrollment and subscription management, as explained in the following paragraphs.
- Reset Account Password
This feature allows the reseller/end user to change a subscription account password on demand in cases the password is forgotten/lost. Applies to users of Secure Phone and Secure Blackberry Email without an active activation.
- Upgrade/Downgrade Billing Cycle
This feature allows the reseller/end user to change the billing cycle on demand. So, for example, a quarterly subscription can be upgraded to a yearly subscription; or downgraded to a monthly subscription.
In case of upgrading, the LAS user is required to complete the amount to the required subscription. In case of downgrading, the LAS user is refunded with the subscription amount difference of billing cycles.
As part of this release, some additional minor improvements and fixes were added. All these changes are just a tiny part of the major user experience and visual design reconstruction LAS is undergoing.
