Today’s Secure Voice release can be summarized in two words – “interface improvements.” Version 2.10.6 brings a few long-requested usability and style UI changes to Contacts and Favorites. In this release, we also solved some user-reported app crashes by improving the overall performance of the app.
Let's get to the point!
- New Contacts UI
We redesigned the Contacts UI and added a few shortcuts to rationalize the contact management. You can now access the Edit and Delete options by long pressing а contact in the contact list. Also, to simplify and shorten the editing process, the Edit Contact screen now has a Delete icon and no Middle Name and Nickname fields. Moreover, we changed the warning message when deleting a contact to be clearer and more informative.
- Add photos to favourite contacts
The Favorites tab presents your favorite contacts with their avatars instead of colorful boxes with letters in them. Also, now, finding the contact you want to call is easier and faster.
- Eliminate crashes
If you've been experiencing an app crash for various reasons – profile picture set up, connection drop, etc. – we fixed it. We know there isn’t anything more annoying than a crashing app.
